Yoga Retreat Here I Come

Well, I'm off to my yoga retreat this weekend. In fact I leave in about an hour. The girls are in school and James is working form home today so he can pick them up later. Ashley and Caitlin are very excited about their weekend with Daddy. They already have plans to go to the Symphony and a birthday party on Saturday. A little part of me is sorry I won't be with them...but only a little part.

My bags are packed (almost) and my driving directions and ferry schedules are printed and triple checked. I've uploaded my book to my iPod, which is recharging as type and I've packed the other books I'm reading right now. I won't know until I get there what I'll feel like reading. I won't be phoning home and I won't be accessing the internet (no e-mail or blogs!!!). It will just be yoga and nature, reading and naps, old friends and new faces. And there's a sauna in the woods (must remember to pack my torch/flashlight).
